event announcement

we're excited to share the news about our upcoming sudden rave this saturday.

this edition is extra special as we'll be welcoming four new djs to the community, all of whom we recently met through the sudden rave recording sessions.

we're also introducing a new daytime concept, combining ambient music, a yoga session, and a cocktail table for anyone who wants to mix drinks, hang out, and enjoy the day together.

we can't wait to spend a full summer day out with you.

bring your own food, booze, cocktail shaker, and yoga mat. we'll provide ice and a dedicated cocktail table, so feel free to get creative.

if you have any cool decorations, lights, or anything else that could add to the atmosphere, we'd love for you to bring it along.

the location will be announced on the day of the event.

we are back on Instagram. account has been dissactivated twice in the past 3 weeks and we still don't know why.

but who needs Instagram when u have a growing community of people who you can count on.

we decided to do the event just two days before we announce it and look what we made possible.

sudden rave started with the dream of one dj to take his music out and show it to the world. now this dream is becoming a shared experience that we all can celebrate with every new event we make.

It is great to see new faces and talents join our community. we couldn't make it better without you. thanks to all who joined us and special thanks to

meet black widow.
@blackwidowtheband

"music is a language of freedom. a raw, honest way to explore who we are, what we feel and how we connect. creation is rebellion against silence and paved paths in a world that values success over truth. through craft, improvisation, curiosity and play, black widow transforms emotions into sounds, chaos into rhythm, and stories into shared experiences. and where playful exploration and creation become a way to reclaim who you are. black widow is born from different paths, but the same fire: the need to explore, to play, to express and to connect without limitations and expectations."

it meant something to finally see both of them on the floor together. pjotr's family at this point, three rounds in, but this time he brought the duo with him. diego on drums, pjotr on synth, trumpet and modular. the sync between them spoke for itself.

more snippets coming soon on instagram, and the full live set will land on youtube.

shot out to @waterhousestudiosamsterdam for hosting our regular recording sessions and being part of the experience.

if you want a night like this, sudden rave hosts live events with underground artists who actually have something to say. and if you're an artist, we can record your set with us too.
