Translating childhood memories into wearable momentos is my favorite part of being a tattoo artist.

Last year, after a long day tattooing @sinnerstattooexpo , I sat down for my first interview, tired af not fully realizing the moment I was in.

Looking back now it hits me in a way that’s hard to put into words. How far I’ve come, everything I’ve poured into this craft… it’s overwhelming in the most beautiful way. I get so caught up in the day to day that I forget to pause, breathe, to see the bigger picture I’ve been building all along.

Thank you @catmcreative for capturing something so real. by @sue_monsta

This piece was challenging in the best way because of the depth and meaning behind it. My client wanted to explore life, space, and time through the lens of eternity, depicting himself navigating through life alongside Aion, the Greek deity who embodies eternity and the cyclical nature of the universe.

We also incorporated two shooting stars to represent his kids and a pair of lovebirds symbolizing him and his wife. ❤️ Can you spot them?

The real challenge was bringing all these concepts together into one cohesive piece, making sure every element had a purpose and contributed to the bigger story.

Projects like this remind me that tattooing is more than creating an image it’s about translating ideas, philosophies, and personal meaning into something that can live on the skin. by @sue_monsta

He wanted to go back in time to his parents art studio. A place filled with his mom’s macramé, his dad’s pottery, and memories of sitting down to play cards with his dad. We added turtles to honor his mom and the things she loved. Every detail tells a piece of his story bringing him back to a time when he was surrounded by his parents and the love that made those memories so special. by @sue_monsta
