Yah boy can purchase 2xl t shirts again apparently 🫪 Something I haven’t done once as a grown man. Wild stuff tbh. Stoked my lil shorty works out at different times than me so I can hit twice a day 🫡

Whoa.

Second picture is me September 13th before tour and the other two are today exactly 6 weeks later. I managed to drop from 281 to 266 while on tour. For reference I wrestled at 280 in my 10th grade year of highschool and my lowest goal weight I’ve ever believed possible was 265. I’m within 1 pound of the absolute epitome of what I believed I could accomplish in a life time and I am just getting started.

To anyone who’s watched my journey you may have noticed I haven’t posted many success’ along the last year in my weight lost or strength developments and that’s because they have been scarce. Not that my efforts were but that the results simply weren’t there. And for 50 weeks I watched the scale not budge. Not drop a single fucking pound taunting me mocking how hard I was trying to see nothing in return. And it remained this way until I realized I had more in the tank. I had more to give. I could work harder I could push further.

I’ll be damned if I didn’t earn every pound dropped every ounce of muscle added because I want it so deeply it gnaws at my sanity. Get on my wave or get out the way I am not playing anymore.
