Day 16 | MOON 🌕

Idk about you, but when we got those new photos of the moon showing all it's beautiful colors, I felt a glimpse of childlike wonder I never thought I could experience again. I really really love the moon 🥹

And for those who may have been worried with yesterday's illu, the side eyes are back! 👁u👁 🤣🤣

Day 15 | SUN 🌞

Happy halfway thru @peachtober friends!

This one is a bit of a departure from the "regular" silly face of my theme, but I've been drawing the sun with sunglasses since I was a little kid & I don't plan on stopping now 😂

This one is super simple but I like it that way, it was so fun to draw with zero pressure & bright simple colors 💛

Day 14 | CRAYON 🖍

This is one of the prompts I've been looking forward to, this lil guy feels extra silly & I loved doing the crayon doodles in the background ❤️

I love crayons! One of my favorite Christmas gifts as a kid was this massive crayola crayon set, it had a ton of colors plus the glitters, neons, pastels etc all in one box 😍

Day 13 | WINDMILL 🌬

I think this silly guy is enjoying the breeze among the tulips 🌷

I had a hard time deciding if I should draw a "classic" windmill or a more modern wind turbine! Maybe eventually I'll give the modern version a go 🤓

Day 12 | BRAMBLE 🫐

There's not much better than fresh, ripe blackberries or raspberries 😍 just watch out for the thorns when picking them!

When planning out my pieces for the month I wanted to do at least a couple with a whole bunch of silly little guys, this seemed like the perfect prompt to do it!

Day 11 | SAIL ⛵️

I really liked the idea of a ship in a bottle for today's prompt, but I don't totally love how this one came out. Oh well, I still like the silly face at least 😆

Day 10 | COMPASS 🧭

I had trouble connecting with today's prompt, this is the first entry of the month I'm unhappy with 😩 but as much as it pains me, practicing letting go of perfectionism is one of the most valuable things I get out of #peachtober

Finished is better than perfect 👏🏻 Progress is better than perfect 👏🏻 Showing up is better than perfect 👏🏻

Gaaah I'll keep saying it till I believe it lol

Day 9 | FLOWERBED 🌷🐝

Okay I know you plant tulip bulbs not seeds, but I wanted to draw a cute lil seed packet so 😂

When I was a kid one of my favorite places was my grandma's backyard. She had the most beautiful, fragrant flowerbeds & cared for them all herself till she got quite old. Some of my favorites in her garden were the lily of the valley (she always complained how it tried to take over but still always grew some lol) irises, roses & hyacinth 😍 the smell of fresh flowers will always make me think of her 🩷
