10 foot tall map of Bozeman on angled panels with a table running through it? No problem! @daltoncbrink and I just got this installed today. An unbelievable amount of work to make this happen and we couldn’t be happier with it. Glad to see this instillation in its new home at the Merin condos downtown Bozeman. Always love a chance to work with @abbyhetheringtoninteriors and their creative minds.

1:8 scale model with adjustable panels for a project @sugarditchdesign is doing with @abbyhetheringtoninteriors.

The height of the panels will be 10ft, big boys! Way easier to visualize which direction and angle each panel should be facing with a scale model.

Auguste Escoffier developed the brigade kitchen method, organizing the kitchen as one might a military unit, with each position having its own skilled master, each position working together to create a whole. When we were tasked by @brigade_bzn to create a painting celebrating the man who developed the technique which is their namesake, we took the project to heart and created something they could be proud to exhibit in their main dining hall situated right by the entrance, Escoffier’s rightful place.
