Snow Day Sunday was the perfect day to hit Powerhouse NYC on West 27th again. I'm thinking hard about making this my backup gym by @sugargram76

Talk about small but might. At 430pm I was out of my mind tired and sleeping in my recliner after a full slate of doctor appointments. I woke myself up hyped myself up and by 6pm I was at Powerhouse Gym not in Soysett but in Chelsea, on West 27th Street in Manhattan.

They just had their grand opening a few weeks ago. I think their future is bright. Great pro shop bought a hoodie (like i really needed another), Powerhouse shirt (like I really needed another) and a pre made meal (I needed another) which they can heat up for you. Its definitely has the amenities the competition level Iron Warriors would need. The meals, posing room, infrared sauna and cold plunge (tho i don't agree with the cold plunge after weight training)

I had a free pass will definitely buy a day pass and visit again.
