Our Maoli Oversized Hoodie Crafted from heavyweight 500 GSM, 100% French terry cotton, this hoodie delivers a substantial, heavy & structured feel. The custom camouflage features native Hawaiian foliage, mainly Koa and ʻŌhiʻa Lehua, layered with grasses, chutes, seeds, and vines, each element intentionally selected to align with the overall creative direction of the pattern. The name Maoli is drawn from Kanaka Maoli, a term historically used to distinguish Godly manifestations, spiritual deities, and “kinolau” from human beings. This term is shared across the pacific as an identifier of native and aboriginal lineage. The piece was created to shed light on the many uses of the term all the while honoring the many kinolau of Kūka‘ōhi’alaka. • Prewashed custom camouflage • Oversized fit • Enlarged hood • Heavyweight 500 GSM French terry • Embroidered logo on hood & wrist • Metal collar button for a cropped neck fit by @sugi.studios
