If you’re new here, hi 👋 and if you’ve been around for a while, thanks for being part of this little corner of the internet.

We’re Izzy & Cami — and this page has evolved a lot over the years. From salsa dancing in NYC, to getting engaged on a hike, to quitting our jobs and traveling through 22 countries… to now working remotely and road-tripping around the U.S.

Through all of it, one thing has stayed the same:
movement that travels with us.

We don’t believe in perfect routines. We believe in doing what we can, where we are — hotel gyms, trail runs, group classes, parking lot stretch breaks. It all counts.

Inspired by a True Story…

There are no direct flights to Iquitos, Peru—so we had two choices:
✈️ Fly from Leticia → Bogotá → Lima → Iquitos and spend $$$
⛴️ OR pay $37 each for a “fast” 19-hour boat ride down the Amazon River.

Guess which one we chose? 😂

There’s also a 3-day slow cargo boat where locals and adventurous travelers sleep in hammocks as the boat stops at remote villages along the river. That was originally the plan… until we chickened out and went for the “fast” option instead.

While spending nearly an entire day on a boat may sound crazy—it was also an unforgettable & unique experience. Sometimes travel isn’t about taking the easiest route, but about choosing the adventure.

🚨 But the craziest part? We had high-speed internet via Starlink THE ENTIRE TIME. 🤯

Booking this boat wasn’t easy, and we struggled to find info online. It took some serious on-the-ground research, local transit, and asking around to get our tickets. If you’re interested in how we made it happen, let us know—we’re happy to share the details! 👇🏽

Cami's new training program. 💪🎀

Apparently regular dad strength isn’t going to cut it. I’ve got tea parties, piggyback rides, carrying ALL the bags, and a lifetime of being wrapped around one tiny finger to prepare for. 😂
Time to train accordingly.

This was NOT what I expected... and somehow it was even better. 🤯🌊✨

Swimming with manta rays in Kona was one of the most surreal experiences we've ever had. Watching these gentle giants glide effortlessly beneath us in the dark felt almost unreal. No photos or videos can fully capture the feeling of being that close to them.

I've done a lot of adventures while traveling, but this was unlike anything I've ever experienced. Huge thanks to Sea Quest Kona Hawaii for making this unforgettable night possible! 🖤🤿

If you're visiting the Big Island, put this at the top of your bucket list. You won't regret it.

Long distance is going to be so hard 💔🐶

My body and I are in constant negotiations 😂🏋️

The gym is where I go to disconnect, clear my mind, and get my version of therapy… meanwhile my body files daily complaints about the stress I keep putting it through 😅 Somehow we negotiate a peace treaty, survive the workout, and do it all again tomorrow. 🤝🔥

Snapshots from one of our favorite experiences in Kauai 🌊

We explored the Nā Pali Coast with @bluedolphincharters and it completely exceeded our expectations

📍 easy check-in at the office + short walk to the dock

⛵ smooth catamaran ride along the coast
☕ warm cinnamon buns, fruit, and coffee with unreal views
🐬 spotting pods of dolphins swimming alongside the boat
🌊 snorkeling in clear blue water
⛰️ seeing the Nā Pali coastline in person (even better than we imagined)
🌴 relaxing, taking it all in, and enjoying the ride

Such a good mix of adventure and just being able to enjoy where you are

Full experience details below 🌊

We explored the Nā Pali Coast with @bluedolphincharters and it ended up being one of the most memorable things we did in Kauai

🐬 dolphins swimming alongside the boat
🌊 snorkeling in clear blue water
⛰️ unreal views of the cliffs you can’t see from land
⛵ smooth ride + super friendly crew
🍍 snacks and drinks included

It’s one of those experiences that feels like both an adventure and a full reset at the same time
