so late… BUT i was lucky enough to get to work the womens pga championship as well this year in seattle! i have never been to the PNW before, or that far from home for that matter. but my mind was blown by the beauty that exists in the state of washington! everything was so green, even off the golf course.

this time around, i had the privilege of working in the clubhouse with the players, their families, and the caddies. i thought waking up at 4 am was hard in kentucky, and i found myself missing those mornings as i woke up at 2 am in seattle. but i was paired up with the best team, and we all worked together so well. we even found a little bit of free time to do some sightseeing! i felt so grateful to be asked to participate in this, and left feeling a sense of pride in the company i work for and of everything we accomplished.

this was unfortunately the last pga championship of the year for patina, but we have more coming up in the next year. and they will be even bigger! taken in Sahalee Country Club by @suitelifewithdel

Last month, I had the privilege of getting to work the Men’s PGA Championship at Valhalla Golf Club in Louisville, Kentucky! And what an experience it was!

I got to work in the chalets, which are basically suites, as a manager. I couldn’t have hoped for a better team of managers to get paired up with, things couldn’t have been more perfect. I thought I would be prepared for the gravity of this event, but nothing could have prepared me for this tournament. It was such a cool experience to watch how everything unfolded as the tournament progressed, and just the sheer volume of food we had to distribute. I was overwhelmed, but still in awe that we got it done and done well! I’m so thankful that I got this opportunity, I got to meet so many cool people and it gives me excitement to think about seeing and working with them again. I hope you all enjoyed watching me PG-Slay. More exciting things to come soon 🤭💛

hey guys! so obviously not living in orlando anymore and working for WDW anymore, i dont have tons of disney content to post. however, i have yet to post much about my new job on this account!

as of right now, i am working as the suite administrator with Delaware North at Highmark Stadium, where the buffalo bills play! it has been such a cool experience thus far and has opened many doors for me already. i wanted to do a sort of “rebranding” for this account, and post about my new job and all the opportunities it has provided, as well as any traveling i may do (one thing about me, i be TRAVELIN)! so i give u suitelifewithdel! im excited to share with you guys all of the places ive been going and working as a woman in sports hospitality <3 by @suitelifewithdel

feeling nostalgic, a year ago today i got accepted into the disney college program!

i remember receiving an email saying that “Today is the Final Day to apply to the Disney College Program for Fall 2022!”. i got it in the morning and didn’t think too much of it. then my mom asked if i had seen the email later that day, and then i thought more about it. i thought “ill just apply, keep my options open.” i applied around 10:30 at night on the very last day they were accepting applications on a whim. i didnt think a lot about it, took the personality test when they sent it to me. i kind of just assumed i wasnt going to get in. and then on april 11th, 2022, i received the email with the huge “you’ve been accepted!” banner at the top. i screamed. i just wasnt expecting it. little did i know that from that point on, the course of my life would change for the better. those 4 months of anticipation felt like forever. and the 5 months in my program was simply gone too fast. its so crazy to think that this was already a year ago, but every day i thank god for giving me the idea to apply, and i thank him even more for the greatest program ever. ❤️ by @suitelifewithdel
