One time - Kyle and went shoe shopping together!!!!!!
… so that we could have days like this….

Letting that gorgeous view sink in, reviewing our geology, avoiding the poison oak, and of course - planning future adventures.

My spirit animal visited me today and stayed for awhile. While I worked on writing tender to my heart. After sometime of stillness, I noticed it’s got a damaged wing. Dragonflies cannot grow wings back.

I send it my love in this phase of life.

Very contemplative time in life right now.

Goofin’ off after class is always one of the best parts!

We did a theme of ‘Crochet 🌈’ inspired by the magical creations of the supremely creative and talented @justjennylynne who made the mesmerizing shorts worn by Suja and Amber and who inspired Crystal to make her own pair!

Thank you to @benhpyang for the photos and video! taken in Portland, Oregon by @sujalooj

🛼 Love doing this with all y’all so much! In Portland last night, we rocked this longer choreo created by the inimitable @morganweske 😍 with @dance.skate 🙏🏾

It was super fun to learn the first half last class and the second half this class! Everyone’s growing so much together and it’s beautiful to see 🫶🏾✨🤩🔥🛼

And thank you to our awesome videographers as always! taken in Portland, Oregon by @sujalooj
