Endemic Birds Of Sri Lanka 🇱🇰

Sri Lanka is home to a rich variety of endemic birds, meaning birds that are found only on the island and nowhere else in the world. Due to its unique climate and habitats, Sri Lanka has developed many rare and colorful bird species. At present, there are 35 endemic bird species recorded in Sri Lanka, including famous birds like the Serendib scops owl and the Sri Lanka Blue Magpie. These birds are an important part of the country’s biodiversity and natural heritage
