Finished my week #1 stitching goals for the #choosehappysal with @sullystitches_ and @nicholspohr. I stitched some extra on the top border so I could make sure the design would fit on the fabric. You can never be too careful - LOL! taken in Birmingham, Alabama by @sullystitches_

I started cross stitching earlier this year and am hooked! The assignment for #choosehappysal was to complete upper 2 flowers and I was an overachiever;) I love stitching The Scarlett House patterns and they are easy to follow. Thanks @sullystitches_ and @nicholspohr for putting together a fun stitch. Pattern: A Grateful Heart, fabric: 36 ct Vintage Country Mocha and called for threads. by @sullystitches_

New SAL Starting in September: #choosehappysal As discussed on Stitch & Chat last night (a live on @nicholspohr channel). We are going to be starting the lovely @thescarletthouse chart A Grateful Heart. I love this design and it is being released to all shops this fall. Starting mid September (date provided later) to give everyone time to order and get their design kitted. I mentioned on the live, I have broken the chart stitching into 20 weeks. Here is a rough plan of what the 20 weeks will look like. Consider it a guide 😉😉 Let me know if you have any questions. I hope you decide to join us and if you have not yet please go watch our live last night where we have a ton of laughs and talk some stitching.
