ICON✨Got to see Kacey Musgraves in her home state of TEXAS with @chelsalva
My favorite part was when she brought out The Mariachi Brothers, she sang a ranchera and they also accompanied her in Uncertain, Texas. She gave them the spotlight for a moment and they performed while she took a backseat. I felt so seen. Thank you @spaceykacey for being such a light✨
Oh, and did I mention we got a free upgrade to standing room GA?? Truly a memorable night by @summeralvarez365

My “baby” first outdoor ride ended up being a bit more intense than I had prepared for. “Regular clothes,” no cycling shoes (since my broken foot I cannot do tight shoes anymore and so I donated my old pair), and we only took one water. We are definitely planning to go back fully geared up to do the full Ojai to Ventura ride soon, but today was the perfect length (legs were feeling a little bit “toasty” since I taught a cycling class this morning, but in the best sense of the word). My foot is feeling at 99.9%. This week was my first week teaching @cyclebarburbank, and while I truly enjoyed being a student again, I missed being on the mic so much. Thank you to everyone for all the encouragement and support ✨ by @summeralvarez365

3 week update ✨I’m able to walk on the boot now. I was wondering how people could do it, it hurt too much. But a miracle happened at the 2.5 week mark. One more week with the boot, then I can start to wear supportive tennis shoes but no lower body workouts yet. Slowly but surely getting better 😊Thank you for all the encouragement, I can’t wait to be back! by @summeralvarez365

So grateful for all the joys, lessons, and growth of 2024. But I’m most grateful for the people in my life, my friends and family. I feel so grateful for my fitness community, who helps me as much as I hope I help them✨
I’m proud of myself for pushing myself to do things that scare me, like trying skating lessons and snowboarding.
Cheers to a happy and healthy 2025 full of adventures

The happiest of spooky seasons. Met up with my friend of over 23 years for 48 hours in Salem ✨it was a whirlwind trip. Watched tons of scary movies with my best friend/boyfriend, and got to see as my own horror short came together in post-production. Happy Halloween!! 🎃 👻Whishing you a happy and safe night, whatever it is you get up to 🧡 by @summeralvarez365
