It was such an honor to perform my original songs for my first time at such a special festival, thank you @glidingbarnacles for having me and thank you @creaturemilk for helping me bring this song to life & producing it just weeks before heading to Portugal. And thank you Sam for hoping on the drums as last minute as it gets & absolutely killing it!
A very raw performance but it’s one I’ll remember forever.

This is an original song I wrote called Orange Tree
I wrote it back in 2022 and have had a lot of fun keeping it to myself but feel it’s time to share it.
Over the last 10 years I’ve consistently wrote poems to songs and curated an album of 10 songs in the course of the same amount of years. I plan to do something with it just so I can continue onto the next album and feel this one to be completed. And so I can give the gift music has given to me which has always been just getting through hard times emotionally, I think giving back & paying my dues to all who are emotional & love music is what this album would be to me.
Anyways I hope you enjoy, & more to be heard soon. <3 by @summerhealy_
