A nor’easter didn’t stop me from these near perfect waterfall conditions. Loved it with the fall colors starting to come in too! #playeveryday #waterfallwednesday #yes_busa #yes_globe #longexposure taken in Southford Falls State Park by @summerm00n

Even on a quiet flow, the beauty of this Massachusetts hidden gem speaks for itself. The gentle silkiness of the water cascading over the ancient, tiered rock face is a humble reminder of nature’s quiet strength. Finding moments like this in the woods is pure therapy. #playeveryday #longexposure #yes_busa #yes_globe #waterfallwednesday taken in Middlefield, Massachusetts by @summerm00n

Although it’s normally much more expensive, just narrow channel of water cuts steadily through rugged, moss-lined granite, tumbling down natural stone steps into the pool below. #playeveryday #waterfallwednesday #yes_busa #yes_globe #longexposure taken in Middlefield, Massachusetts by @summerm00n

I thought this beautiful serene scene looked unrecognizable with such low flow compared to how I’ve normally seen it. I was able to climb up and get photos I normally would never need able to capture. #playeveryday #waterfallwednesday #longexposure #yes_busa #yes_globe taken in Chester, Massachusetts by @summerm00n

Just a quiet moment tucked away in the woods. Grateful for the little corners where nature takes its time. 🌿✨ Usually this waterfall is much bigger with more sections but only the top section had any flow. It surprised me because I feel like it rains everyday.

Initially I was disappointed and surprised by the lack of flow, but when I let go of my expectations I found so much beauty and serenity in this ravine. #playeveryday #waterfallwednesday #yes_busa #yes_globe #longexposure taken in Russell, Massachusetts by @summerm00n

I usually like the soft flow of a long exposure but with such a strong, powerful flow I think there’s something really special and more fitting about a standard capture. What do you think?

I love how this waterfall trickles down a dramatic, moss-draped rock face, pooling gracefully into the dark stones below. The vibrant green canopy framing the top of the ledge creates a perfect, natural sanctuary.

Just a quiet moment tucked away in the Connecticut woods. The water cascading over the mossy rocks with a bit of fog in the background under a canopy of trees makes me feel so peaceful and connected to nature. #playeveryday #waterfallwednesday #longexposure #yes_busa #yes_globe taken in West Granby, Connecticut by @summerm00n
