Monumental moment, it will be my final class teaching at the incredible Kia Kaha Studios @ 5:30PM this Thursday!

If you’ve been meaning to come see me… Come on in & reconnect to yourself, just before the summers festivities commence🎅🏻🎄🎊

Saying see you soon to a place that has held, pushed, believed in me & saved my life to be quite fair. Has got me feeling very sentimental 🥹

I was once gifted a Willy Wonka looking Golden Ticket granting me 4 free classes after offering a hand to Karl’s sister & himself at a home and garden show spontaneously. It read “In your wildest dreams you can not imagine the marvellous surprises that await you.” Thank you @astridprojection for leading me on this path.

How true that was, I started as a young girl with very low energy and a terrible cheerleaders back. The studio quickly transformed me holistically to the healthiest, empowered & most resilient version of myself yet. I landed exactly where I have always wanted to be, in a place of caring for what’s most important, the well-being of those around me & the honour of helping them to reconnect within.

Karl the heart and owner of KK, along with the beautiful Billee took me under their wing, I could easily cry at the generosity and love that these two have shared with me. I can never thank you both enough 🙏🏼 The deep deep learnings you have inspired are held in my heart forever. Crumbling outdated beliefs and limitations together, cracking jokes in between, encouraging me & always keeping it real. Despite the most challenging times while helping to run the studio through lockdowns, I am so grateful for how this chapter unfolded. It has shaped me into the woman I am continuing to become.

A post as late as your revival this day. Such a ridiculous weekend away celebrating 23 years of you being a menace!! 💥Don’t know what I ever did to deserve you my sweet JC FRYD, you’re truly something special. Thanks for holding it down for every single one of us.

A secluded beach that nurtures thousands of pipis beneath your feet, the whitest sand I've ever seen, tall fields of grass, sparkling water, and collects only the most beautiful drift wood.
