I was born in Bogotá, Colombia, grew up in Miami, and eight years ago I landed in Tulum and never left. I think that kind of background — always moving between cultures, languages, and perspectives — is exactly what shaped the way I work with people.

Over these eight years I’ve had the chance to work alongside some of the biggest and most respected developers and agencies in the Mexican Caribbean, and what that’s given me isn’t just market knowledge — it’s relationships, instinct, and a real feel for this place.

The way I work is pretty straightforward: I listen. Not just to what my clients are looking for on paper, but to what they’re actually envisioning — the lifestyle, the feeling, what they want their investment to mean. That’s what drives me. Finding that perfect fit between the right person and the right property — that’s what I genuinely love about this work.
