About last week.. 🇳🇵

We went quiet… because the last 12 days on the Annapurna Circuit took everything we had — the cold, the altitude, the doubts — but it was also intense, beautiful, and a powerful reminder of how alive this world can make you feel.

For years, we wondered what it would be like to travel for an extended period. Every trip, we’d say, “One day, if we can, we should do it.” Then the questions started: “Should we do it? Can we do it?” Until, finally, it became a reality in December 2024.

I still can’t believe we left our lives in Australia 15 months ago—it feels like it all happened so fast. I don’t think we’ve fully processed everything that’s happened yet; it’s been so much. Moving hotels every one or two days, constantly deciding where to go, what to see, and what to do next. For an entire year, we never stopped. We learned to dive, explored remote paradises, hiked in Nepal, cycled across France, discovered Colombia, and even drove 1,700 km across Sri Lanka in a tuk-tuk.

Looking back at those photos, so many emotions flood over me—tears running down my face as only the best memories come rushing back. The powerful ones, the vivid ones, the unforgettable ones. All those moments of doubt, the times we felt overwhelmed—they seem so insignificant now.

I wish everyone who’s ever dreamed of traveling the world for an extended period gets the chance to live it fully ❤️
