After having just done signage for some good friends’ wedding, it gave me a confidence boost to put my name out there to do more commissions!

My favorite song by @jessray has been floating around my heart & mind lately, as I live within a season of learning how to fully trust God’s timing over my own ❤️‍🩹

The design of the lyric art was hugely inspired by the sky outside my window when I flew home from the west coast yesterday (like WOWWW)! I’ve been blown away by the intentionality of the way God created the world we live in & I hope I’m was able to display how I see the vibrancy of our Creator’s beautiful handiwork 🥰 by @sunbubble.springs

wedding art part 2☀️
I started learning/teaching myself hand lettering back in 2016 & I find it super satisfying and peaceful to do!

I had gotten a cute lil paper punch that made the corners rounded, which was a fun new thing to try! Besides doing the different sized cards, I also tried a few different border designs for them to choose—the one they was the most fun to do ((:

Getting to write with white ink on brown cardstock is one of my favorite things ever, so all of the food & drink cards I did were fun (: also the food was all soooo good!

clinking is a part of my personality at this point 🤭

mirror-decorating for a dear friends’ wedding was such fun 🥰

I had never decorated a mirror this way, so I was a bit nervous, but I now have a future goal to decorate a mirror of my own! 🤭

For these mirrors, I used some lovely chalk markers by Chalkola (the Vintage color set)—I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of them and the consistency of the ink. Eventually, I definitely want to try other mediums to use on a mirror, but I loved these chalk markers for the first time decorating mirrors!

So thankful to have been trusted to decorate these for such a special day ((:
