🥇EUROPEAN CHAMPION in Cruiser women 17-29 🏆 🇪🇺

I had prepared for something different and felt less than confident going in but ....

Not a single lap dropped! How INSANE is that to say??? After 8 years of debilitating chronic back pain from my herniated disc- learning to walk again- to now having my first year of being able to train "normally" (which was already a win in itself) AND THEN getting to claiming the E1. I wish I could tell my 16yo self it was going to be okay, that I just needed some patience and support. Big things are yet to come.

Thank you @lft_nologo for believing in me and making this trip possible. I am forever grateful and in your debt 🙏

@sund_w2 har ett kanonår bakom sig med vinst i EM och två på VM. Hon tävlar i både BMX och pumptrack. Hon vann nyligen ett VM-kval i pumptrack och har därmed resa betald till pumptrack-VM i China senare i år. Men hon är inte bara grym på att cykla, hon är också team manager i LFT Nologo @lft_nologo i Sverige. Hör om hennes resa till toppen, rollen som team manger och hennes konstnärliga sida.

Let's go to 🇨🇳 @pumptrackworlds

First time I'll be heading to a UCI Pumptrack World final since 2022 in Chile

With so much focus on bmx this year, pumptrack has fallen in the backseat but it seems like the ground work I've put in, has finally paid off. I also rode through the pain this weekend so I cannot believe I was actually able to secure the golden ticket to Beijing later this year on this short and super technical track with my big cruiser haha.

Thank you for the support from my team @lft_nologo, my dad @sundjoakim for driving all the way up here with me, @holeshotmike for his @ridekrut carbon soles, @marma_pumptrack and @velosolutions_scandinavia for putting together the event, and everyone else for the good vibes ❤️🥳

The focus this weekend was on the @lft_nologo nordic -all girls- team and I couldn't be more proud! Both of them have overcome a year of hardship, each with serious injuries and months of rehabbing. Still, they absolutely smashed it. Every moto just kept getting better, soaking in the feedback and evolving right in front of our eyes.

@bmx_cornelia_212 fought herself an overall 5th place in girls 15 and @frejahaaf an overall 6th in girls 14.

What an incredible week for Helena Sund at the 2026 Worlds in Brisbane! 🇦🇺🔥

At the start of the year, few would have predicted that Helena would be holding the E1 plate and now proudly upgrading from W4 to W2. What an outstanding achievement and a true reflection of the hard work, dedication, and commitment she’s put in all season.

Congratulations to Tahlia on a well-deserved World title, and a huge congratulations to Helena on an amazing performance on the world stage. We couldn’t be prouder!

A big thank you to Helena’s family and everyone who has supported her journey, and to Australia for hosting a fantastic World Championships.

The future is looking bright—let’s keep building!

New PB: 16:10 seconds
It's not often you beat a competition PB during a normal session and it's even rarer to take off 0.3 sec on a 15-17 sec track. So stoked 💪
