This was our Sunday…

Twice a year, my mom @sundarastyle heads to Texas for a big show and I usually get to help her pack up the trailer before she hits the road.

It’s a simple day, but these are the moments that mean the most.

Life moves fast, and I’m grateful for the time we get together as a family.

My mom means so much to all of us. We love you, Gram!

Some things are more than just a place... they become part of your story.
Since 2010, Zapp has been part of mine.
From my humble beginnings in a tent, to building mu own little home, to the heartbreak of losing it in a fire, to starting over in a tent once again... and now, opening the doors to a new home.
What a journey it has been! Sixteen years of memories, beautiful faces, friendships, laughter, hard work, a few tears, and more stories than I could ever tell.
I’ve watched Round Top grow and change over the years, but one thing has never changed for me.. the magic of @zapphall

Buildings come and go. But the heart of this place, the people, and the memories are what make it so special.
I’ve been here through it all.
Here’s to the place that has been my Round Top home since 2010. There’s simply nowhere else I’d rather be.
Zapp Hall, you have my heart. Always have. Always will.

Thank you for all the lovely Birthday messages, texts and phone calls!!

Another trip around the sun... and feeling so very grateful.
Grateful for the gift of aging.
For family and friends.
For health and the ability to work hard.
For good food, lots of laughter, and precious grandchildren moments.
For a little business that keeps me busy, creative, and connected to so many wonderful people.
For the people I get to love-and the people who love me right back.
The older 1 get, the more I realize that none of these things are promised. The ordinary days, the celebrations, the hard work, the laughter around the table, the hugs, the memories we're making... it is all a gift.
So today I'm raising my glass to another year of living, loving, laughing, working hard, and soaking up every bit of this beautiful life God
