Before my first ever Sunday Forever weekend begins, I want to thank everyone who has supported me on this journey and for the outpouring of love. I am over the moon to experience these events with old and new friends. I feel so proud, loved, and lifted. Here’s to the motherfucking get-it girlz, the lovers, the women who can’t be tamed, the creators, and the dreamers, running purposefully through life.

This weekend we honor women and men. forever and always. And so it begins 💞 by @sundaylovaa

Happy Wednesday 🤍

I love learning about careers outside of my field and hearing how women are building lives that feel intentional, impactful, and joyful. One thing I keep realizing is that we are surrounded by people becoming extraordinary in real time, and sometimes we just need to pause long enough to see it.

I met Sydney Farrar at @howard1867, and watching the woman she’s become feels really special. Now a Senior Manager, Brands in Culture at Diageo and co-founder of Currency Collective, she’s building culturally relevant moments for iconic brands while creating intentional spaces for the next generation of creatives and marketers.

One of my favorite parts of our conversation was talking about balance. Even the girls who love a good cocktail know when it’s time to slow down. Sometimes joy looks like a long walk, a good book, herbal tea, or simply giving yourself permission to rest.

This is a good life 💕 finding abundance in what we already have, cheering on the people we love, and becoming the women we once looked up to.

Can’t believe we wrapped Season 3 of Special Ops: Lioness on Paramount+. My time as a stage assistant is coming to an end.

It’s been beautiful, and somehow I feel like it’s only getting more incredible from here 🧚🏽‍♀️✨💓 by @sundaylovaa

2026 is already showing me how good it can get! ✨
Before joining this season of Lioness, I was offered a production assistant role on set for the Untitled Yellowstone spinoff. Grateful, grounded and growing — these are the moments I’ve dreamed of and earned 💞 by @sundaylovaa

I’m so grateful that my gifts have always made room for me and placed me in spaces that inspire me. Joining Season 3 of Lioness is a testament to my love for film, a step toward being the reason someone else dreams of working in this industry ✨ I honor the little girl who studied theater, who always dreamed big and marched to the beat of her own drum. And I celebrate the woman I am today, grateful, at peace, and ready to bring to life my own production company, shows, and so much more 👸🏽💖 by @sundaylovaa
