After nearly a year of planning alongside Megan, Amrit, and their wonderful families, it’s hard to believe this beautiful wedding weekend has come to an end.Every meeting, every detail, and every logistical plan slowly came together to create a celebration that truly reflected their love story. Watching it all come to life this weekend alongside an incredible team of talented vendors was such a rewarding experience.At Sunflower Events, we always tell our couples that our goal is to feel like an extension of their family—to support them with the same care, dedication, and love that we would for our own. This weekend was exactly that. From the moment we began planning until the final farewell, we felt welcomed, appreciated, and honored to be part of something so special.To the Nuggehali and Gosein families, thank you for your kindness, hospitality, and trust throughout this journey. Columbus Park Refectory might be one of our new favorite spaces in Chicago. Tucked into the middle of gardens, the architecture feels like its own little oasis, the kind of place that hands you endless possibilities the second you walk in.Aarshia and Ian built so much life into the day. The florals, the attire, every detail layered in a way that felt intentional and alive. And Aarshia? Timelessly elegant from start to finish. Her looks were FIRE.Here’s the honest part: this was our first time photographing this venue. That could be perceived as a negative, but we’ve found a first time can be exactly where the freshest perspective and inspiration come from.
