"Life is a precious gift and gratitude is the greatest wealth."

Happy Mother's Day ❤️ Gurudev @SriSriRaviShankar Ji beautifully describes about a mother, "A mother is our first guru, our first teacher. There is motherhood in each and every one of us. Motherhood is wanting the best for others. A child does not try to know the mother. It simply has faith in her. In the same way, having faith in the Divine Mother is our greatest strength. There is a loving presence that cares for you, which takes total care of you, like a mother would take care of a baby. Just this very thought, I can't give back to her (Mother), you have done it. You simply have to feel grateful. In love the more you do, you feel you haven't done enough. That's the sign of love." by @sunil._.kumar

There is so much depth in this statement which can be understood only through experience and I really feel blessed to understand this to some extent. Secret to get our Prayers Answered by God 🙏 Wonderful Explanation by @Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ji by @sunil._.kumar
@Gurudev Sri Sri says, "Don't leave the rose because of the thorns! Even the thorns have a purpose; otherwise, the rose cannot exist! A rose cannot exist without thorns. If you keep looking only at the thorns, then you will lose the beauty of the rose. If you go to the garden and look only at the thorns without enjoying the flower, then you will become unhappy. Small things are enough to make the mind lose its centre. Just become aware of it, and then you will win over it. So, there is beauty in every person. Look at that, not at the thorn. Look at the flower. This is important to understand. Nobody is less or more." 🗞️ Breaking News: Your Blood Knows If You Do Sudarshan Kriya taught in @ArtofLiving New research by Prof. B. K. Thelma of the Department of Genetics, Delhi University South Campus, compared SKY practitioners with a non-practitioner control group and examined blood-based markers. The headline finding: those who do the SKY practice have much lower inflammatory markers. @Gurudev Sri Sri calls the research thrilling. Thanks to him for giving this practice to the world. The professor's own takeaway: learn the practice. Science catching up with what practitioners have felt for decades. Worth sending to anyone who thinks meditation is just sitting quietly. 🙏 Learn Sudarshan Kriya in @ArtofLiving using the link 🖇️ bit.ly/Learn_SudarshanKriya Source 🎥: @sri.sri.wisdom Instagram by @sunil._.kumar
