Elderberries are rich in nutrients that support the immune system. They’re high in vitamin C, which Rothenberg says plays a key role in many systems of the body, including a balanced immune function, a healthy cardiovascular system and clear skin. Plus, elderberries are loaded with vitamin A, which is shown to regulate immune response, and flavonoids, a chemical found in plants, including anthocyanins, which give them their signature dark purple color. These antioxidants offer immune and anti-inflammatory benefits. About a teaspoon a day of elderberry syrup is enough to start to feel benefits alongside your healthy diet routine. by @sunkistmas

GRY7D26 - What a fun first day of fall break for Liz! I took her and her two best friends downtown to walk around, shop for some music and then we hit 1/2 Price Books before heading back to our house for dinner! The rain held off most of the time we were walking around and the cool temps made it feel like the perfect Fall 🍁🎃🍂 day! #GRY7D26 #blessedbeyondmeasure❤️ #idontowncopyrightstothemusic⚠️ by @sunkistmas

GRY7D25 - Enjoyed my time with my small group at Bible study this am, before picking Liz and her best friends up after their AWA test to come hang out at our house! Then I took them to the Orchestra fall party @bellevueberryfarm and helped chaperone! It was a beautiful fall evening and it was a lot of fun! #GRY7D25 #blessedbeyondmeasure❤️ #idontowncopyrightstothemusic⚠️ taken in Bellevue Berry Farm, Buena Vista by @sunkistmas

GRY7D24 - Another full day, but thankful for all I was able to get done at work and at home! Loving the cooler temps and grateful for the ability to pray on behalf of others in their times of need! GRY7D23 - Snapping photos to remember our ash tree in all its golden glory before most of the leaves drop!! Such a busy yet very productive day at work and home! Knocked out work, errands, all of Liz’s P/T conferences on Google meet and then mowed and bagged the front yard so I could get the fall grass seed down before the rain ☔️ coming this week! #GRY7D23 #blessedbeyondmeasure❤️ #idontowncopyrightstothemusic⚠️ by @sunkistmas

GRY7D22- Grateful for a morning of corporate worship with my love while the girls were both still on their retreats! Enjoyed hearing a bit about Liz’s time and grateful she could come home and nap! Took some time to rest today before a busy week ahead and a late night pick up once Em is back in town! #GRY7D22 #blessedbeyondmeasure❤️ #idontowncopyrightstothemusic⚠️ by @sunkistmas

GRY7D21 - Happy FALL 🍂🎃🍁, our Ash tree is dropping leaves like crazy and it feels like it all happened overnight! Ernie and I enjoyed sleeping in this morning and then grabbed some brunch together at Jimmy’s Egg before I headed to finish some work and he headed to the gym! Missing our girls, but praying they’re having a wonderful time with friends and deepening their walks with the Lord too! Pretty bummed about that Husker loss today 💔🏈❤️🤍🖤! #GRY7D21 #blessedbeyondmeasure❤️ #idontowncopyrightstothemusic⚠️ by @sunkistmas

GRY7D20 - Today was a full day of running! I dropped Em off to head on a weekend retreat to CO with her Bible study, took my boss’s car in for some repairs along with some work errands and then ran Liz to meet up with her youth group to head out of town to her weekend retreat too! Praying for our girls’ safety and for rich time in God’s Word and deepened friendships on their time away! I’m ready for this heat wave to go away as well; it’s FALL 🍂🎃! #GRY7D20 #blessedbeyondmeasure❤️ #idontowncopyrightstothemusic⚠️ by @sunkistmas
