A homemade raviolo, handcrafted in our kitchen and filled with delicate sea bass

Its soft texture meets the freshness of diced tomato, marinated in lemon for a bright, lively acidity. Wild fennel adds an aromatic, herbaceous note, while fish roe brings a delicate burst of salinity and a distinctly marine finish

A dish built around balance: the delicate flavour of the sea bass, the freshness of the tomato, the citrus lift of lemon, the fragrance of wild fennel and the natural savouriness of the sea, all wrapped in a handmade raviolo

Another romantic wedding in Lake Como? Guilty.

But can you blame us?

The kind of ceremony that makes everyone forget about their phones, the setting that takes your breath away, and a moment that feels like it belongs in a movie.

We know, Lake Como has been all over your feed. But some places earn their reputation for a reason.

And when the moment is this beautiful, we’re not here to make it less romantic. We’re here to make it mean something.

Because trends come and go. The way a moment makes you feel stays with you.

Out There – Tuscany, September 2026
#Appuntamento n.04 A Seat at the Table

Dinner begins at @villagamberaia

For this celebration, our team travelled from Lake Como to Tuscany, bringing with us not only the service, but the organisation, people and kitchen setup needed to recreate the Sunlake experience away from home

Our chefs prepared and served an Italian dinner on site, working with the same attention to detail that defines our everyday service. From the kitchen to the table, every course was prepared to be enjoyed at its best, surrounded by the atmosphere of the Tuscan evening

Moving beyond our usual destinations means adapting, setting up and bringing our way of working wherever the celebration takes us, this time, it was Tuscany

Among our signature creations: ravioli filled with burrata, fresh tomatoes sauce and basil

A delicate balance between the creamy richness of burrata, the bright freshness of tomato, and the aromatic touch of basil. Soft and velvety, with a gentle acidity that brings every element into balance

A timeless combination, reinterpreted with simplicity, elegance, and character

Out There – Tuscany, September 2026
#Appuntamento n.03 From Vows to Toast

With the setting ready, our third appointment begins as @villagamberaia comes to life

Guests arrive among the Florentine hills, as the villa welcomes the first moments of the celebration. From the ceremony to the aperitivo, every part of the afternoon unfolds within the gardens and spaces of Villa Gamberaia

Our team takes care of the hospitality throughout the experience: welcoming guests, serving drinks and passing around a selection of bites designed to accompany the first toasts and conversations of the day

From the first vows to the first glass raised together, the villa slowly fills with the energy of the celebration to come

Out There - Tuscany september 2026 #Appuntamento n.02 Setting The Scene

The morning after, our second appointment takes us to @villagamberaia , among the Florentine hills.

With the villa still empty, our team arrived to begin building the setting for the day ahead: from bringing in the tables and arranging the reception setup to setting each place with plates, glassware and every detail of the table.

Throughout the preparations, Martina, our Sales representative for the event, was there as a point of reference for the different teams and suppliers, helping coordinate the many moving parts behind the scenes.

Little by little, an empty villa began to transform into the setting for the celebration to come.
