Hi there, I’m Sunnie. 👋🏼 Most days you’ll find me trying my best to untangle life and shine light in the darkness. On the hard days, if the best I can do is keep my two beautiful redheaded baby girls loved, alive, and fed—we call that success!

I’m wife to a hunky English Professor. We both love learning, studying/critiquing culture, & attempting to understand the mysteries of faith. If you need us we’re probably sitting on opposite sides of the living room sending one another nerdy articles, or snort laughing at funny reels about how toddlers are tiny tyrants.

As for my career(s)—I’ve helped people through their 💩 (LCSW), I’ve helped people learn 💩 (sociology instructor), and now I help people be able to 💩. 🤷‍♀️😅 All 💩 jokes aside. When you focus on gut health and balancing your body, it responds really well! Life is weird, but I sling supplements and love it. #shinelight #givehope #sharehealth

My heart’s desire is to help coach folx to have moments of insight💡that lead them to living their best value driven lives. We all have “stuff” getting in the way of that. Maybe it’s health, maybe it’s trauma, maybe it’s a complicated relationship with faith (pointing at myself here), maybe it’s just good ole head trash! No matter what it is, I believe a fulfilling life is possible and I want to make it happen!

These persons have an appreciation, a sensitivity, and an understanding of life that fills them with compassion, gentleness, and a deep loving concern. Beautiful people do not just happen.”

Here’s your sign to borrow the wig from your fun friend, ask the internet for some vintage Tupperware, dust off your old costume and dress as a granny to the 80’s party. Bonus nostalgia points if you throw those butterscotch and strawberry candies your granny always had into the crowd! 😅

Life’s too short to take yourself too seriously. I laughed until I cried and it was some good medicine. Just out here putting my free will to good use, ya know?! 👵🏼🤣
