My most ever since we started. Grateful for every family who is allowing me to join their child’s journey on becoming better in their sport.

Welcoming a new athlete to the team, Michael!
This morning was focused on assessing his movement, finding any imbalances or weaknesses that need to be addressed, and collaborating on what we will focus on for the coming months of training. He is absolutely driven to achieve his goals and is on a mission to be his best for track & field. Thankful to be given the opportunity to help him on his journey. #strengthandconditioning #studentathlete #trackandfield #highschoolsports #goals by @sunnyside.strength
