NorCal Tuesday Forecast: bright and breezy

Dry skin? Chapped lips? Blame it on the wind.

Dry North flow is back and valley gusts could peak in the 20-30 mph range Tuesday (10-13) afternoon.

Warmer temps ahead as well.

Of course, I worked in some math with counting every single step!
