Windows fully repaired, restored and reinforced. I'm loving most of the choices the original artisans made a hundred-plus years ago. Panes mostly in amber hues cast golden light all over this church. I saved the toughest repairs for last, and it's time to tackle them now. Wish me luck! taken in Queens, New York by @sunpathstudio

Light profoundly affects human beings. Circadian biology, activated by light, controls the rhythms of our bodies. Scientists like @hubermanlab and @drsteveng explain how this works. Pre-moderns understood. taken in Queens, New York by @sunpathstudio

This mosaic was commissioned by Dzogchen Buddhists and Peruvian Shamans who are forming a partnership to advance shared goals, which include bringing ancient wisdom and healing rituals to the West. A Tibetan Gyankil (like a yin/yang symbol but ternary instead of binary) is nested inside the traditional shape of sacred temples in Peru. taken in Lafayette, Louisiana by @sunpathstudio

An upside to NYC life is the ability to visit epic art glass works at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Tiffany Studios (1878 - 1933) rocked the building and decorative arts like a hurricane! Up close and in person, you can see the techniques behind the magic. Secrets revealed! Some windows have plating 3 and 4 layers deep, for example 💖 taken in New York, New York by @sunpathstudio

Notice mom’s left arm and hand look like a foot with a tube sock? Was very temporary, just while new ones were being created. So lucky to work on this window! From 2017. LOVE TO MOTHERS EVERYWHERE ♥️#stainedglass #mothersday by @sunpathstudio
