💙 SELADONA OUT NOW! 🥹 thank you thank you thank you @ectoderm88 @tobyramaswamy @lukrivrd for breathing life into this record. eternally grateful. thank you togi, urosh, greg, mike for working your magic and making it sound soooooo GOOD. ➖ seladona, the color of isabel's childhood in the philippines: nokia phones, jade bracelets, and well-loved tupperware. seladona is a fully improvised album that leans into play, space, and warmth. captured across two studio sessions - the first in spring and the other in fall - the record feels like the gentle passing of time. take a listen and set the day down. ➖ recorded at @tothebridgenyc in May and Nov 2025 recording engineers @greg_tock and @urosh mixed and mastered by mike noyce @vincentvognar 1 have you ever seen it rain 2 plum blossoms 3 when daylight pools on your skin 4 close your eyes 5 in every life 6 between 7 pink dawn 8 silver 9 come in to stay 10 until the end 11 home. 🌞⚪ by @sunpearlmusic
a love letter to myself. thank you for being my witness, front stoop. by @sunpearlmusic
9.12.26, saturday at 3:00 📍 @pattern_room $20 suggested at the door, notaflof — truly. cash, cashapp, venmo. come as you are, we'd be so lucky to have you. join me, @noa__francis, @tobyramaswamy, and a sweet sweet friend this upcoming 9.12 at the ivy building for an hour of improvisation. grand piano, bass, guitar, drums, vox + effects. 🌞⚪ by @sunpearlmusic
TOMORROW, TOMORROW: Goya’s Saturn, frozen by the canvas, will forever devour his son—but tomorrows fathers day show lasts only from 2 to 4 pm! Come to @resource_mpls and prepare to pay $10 💰 or nothing if you don’t have $10. Swipe through and meet your daddies 4 the day: *Slide 1* @sunpearlmusic is an ever-rotating improvisatory collective. Every band iteration is different, every set builds on the last one. This time, sunpearl—on vocals and effects—is joined by Toby Ramaswamy (@tobyramaswamy) on keys, and we will explore negative space and silence as choice rather than absence through wordless vocals and ambient soundscapes. *Slide 2* @bagpipebinky, a more than proficient player of the Irish Uilleann Pipes hails from the twin cities. Through pursuit for a deeper understanding of the instrument Ryan has traveled to Ireland numerous times earning a Master’s degree in “Irish Music Performance” from the University of Limerick and even placing in the All-Ireland Fleadh Ceol. His main focus is piping from the turn of the Century drawing influence from old recordings of pipers Patsy Touhey and Tom Ennis. Ryan’s style values the use of the whole instrument to play lively dance music and dramatic airs cradled in the lush drone of the pipes with the shimmer of the regulators. *Slide 3* @brrrianmiller’s (backing Ryan Behnke) intricate yet driving guitar style has made him one of the most sought after accompanists in the American Irish music scene. Also a singer, he has performed across North America and in Ireland with various groups including Bua and The Lost Forty. Brian has been recognized for his work with the Irish-influenced music of the Great Lakes including several grants from the Minnesota State Arts Board and the Parsons Fund Award from the American Folklife Center at the Library of Congress. He currently performs with Danny Diamond as Northern Shores, with Nathan Gourley & Laura Feddersen and with singer David McKindley-Ward. *** #minneapolismusic #minneapolislivemusic by @sunpearlmusic

Lord, O LAWD: the evil don’t rest 😈 , so why should we? 😇 @sunpearlmusic and @bagpipebinky with Brian Miller are joining us for the next gathering of our “intentional community” 😜 😉 😝 Two upcoming chances, presented as a single afternoon of music, for you to redeem the debt 💸. Dont you want to put that burden down and find out who you might be without that thing on your back? Sunday June 21st at @resource_mpls . 2-4 pm, with a suggested donaysh of $10, but Lord, O LAWD, dont we know as well as any about these hard time killin floor blues—so you can still make the scene if you don’t have the green. Get to know your heresiarchs: sunpearl is an ever-rotating improvisatory collective. *** Ryan Behnke, a more than proficient player of the Irish Uilleann Pipes hails from the twin cities.
