POSTS STORIES REELS
Over the years, SunRae Planning clients have been featured in some pretty incredible publications, and seeing our work in print will never get old. More than anything, these features are a reflection of why we love what we do: creating weddings that feel personal, look incredible, and are one hell of a party. Our planning experience covers four key areas: ✨DESIGN: Your relationship is our foundation. Your personalities, your story, your ideas, and all the little things that make your relationship yours. We want your wedding to look and feel like you. ✨VENDOR TEAM: We believe the right team can completely change the experience, and we’re intentional about who we recommend, who we collaborate with, and who we trust to bring your vision to life. ✨PLANNING & LOGISTICS: we take all the moving pieces of a destination wedding and turn them into a thoughtful, cohesive experience. There are a thousand little decisions (and even more emails) that happen behind the scenes and our couples deserve to enjoy the process without carrying that weight on their own. ✨DAY-OF COORDINATION: Most importantly, we allow you to step into your wedding day and actually be there for it. We handle the details, the timeline, the vendors, the inevitable surprises, and everything happening behind the scenes so you can focus on having the time of your life. At the center of all of it is your marriage.... The wedding is a celebration of two people choosing each other, and every detail should support that. We love the parts of a wedding that your guests immediately recognize as YOU and the little moments that make absolutely zero sense to anyone else but make you smile. Those are the details that make a celebration feel personal, and they’re often the ones people remember most. 💞 The publications are wonderful recognition of the work, but the real honor is getting to create these celebrations alongside our couples and the incredible vendor teams who bring them to life.🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼 by @sunrae.planning
One planner, endless unique celebrations. We don’t have a “signature style” — because we’re not designing for ourselves, we’re designing for you. ✨ Yes, we adore a playful, bold color palette. ✨ Yes, we are obsessed with lush, intentional florals. ✨ Yes, we thrive on details that matter to you. But more importantly, so do our clients. Design is our favorite part of the process because it’s a window into your story — your energy, your personality, your relationship. Whether it’s modern and daring, soft and romantic, or bursting with unexpected color, every element should feel unmistakably yours. No two weddings we plan ever look the same. One thing remains constant: our commitment to creating celebrations that are deeply personal, beautifully intentional, and entirely yours. Swipe through nine very different celebrations — same planner, same love for what we do. by @sunrae.planning
Celebrations you can feel. We plan weddings for couples who do things their own way — those who value personal meaning, thoughtful details, and a celebration that’s meant to be enjoyed. Rather than staging moments for the camera, we design experiences that unfold naturally. The most powerful images come from real emotion — laughter, quiet tears, movement, energy. We encourage our couples to be present. To dance freely. To celebrate fully. To let the day happen. Together, we create a custom experience that feels effortless, deeply personal, and unforgettable. One that will be remembered not just for how it looked — but for how it felt. We’ll manage the design, details, and logistics. You focus on the moments that matter. Planning, Design, Styling: @sunrae.planning Hair/Makeup: @primroseglam / @mhairstyles4you / @estefimakeup Photo: @peytonmichellephoto Video: @lomax_wedding_films Venue: @lotushouseevents Jewelry: @impressive.petals Ring: @OliviaMarjewelry Live Music: @TheCelloGuy Candles: @Luminaryvegas Officiant: @weddingofficiantjacoba Dress: @Perlabridal_lasvegas Cake: @flourandbloom_LV Invitation Suite: @studio.sanchez Escort Cards/Bar Sign: @tallymarkcalligraphy Florist: @girlluvsflowers / @rootsflowerslv Bartender: @hiddengem_lv Rentals: @caesar_event_rentals_lasvegas Rentals: @modernvintagerentals Rentals: @elegantweddingaccents Rentals: @royalcelebrationdesignsevents Linen: @bbjlatavola Bridesmaid Attire: @thedressshoplv Groomsmen Attire: @FriarTux Couple: @jess_cirque @andrewjofficial Bridesmaids: @madigrimm @ashleylorrainee_ @__emilyxrose @angelyne.be Bouquet preservation: @impressive.petals by @sunrae.planning

The details we spend months planning deserve to be noticed and captured💞 As your planner, we love to help you weave your relationship into our designs and those little details are what make your wedding truly yours. We’re also communicating with your content team about the details that matter, sharing the stories behind them, and making time to capture your reception before guests walk in. We want your photographer, videographer, and content creator to understand not just what they’re capturing, but why it matters to you. You’ve invested so much thought, time, and money into creating a wedding that feels like you, and those details are worth remembering. Our job is to help make sure they don’t get lost in the excitement of the day, so you can be fully present knowing the little things you cared about are being taken care of. 🫶🏼 Wedding Planner: @sunrae.planning Venue, Bar, Catering: @cascatagolfclub Hair/Makeup: @ameliaandco Photography: @liannamariephoto Videographer: @kaitstonefilms @taylorjfilms Florist: @saralunnfloral Rentals: @rsvppartyrentals Rentals: @bbjlatavola Draping: @byancaseventdecor Officiant: @centralhenderson Photobooth: @jay_and_ash_photography Content Creator: @itsbeyondtheaisle DJ: @daviddeluca1 Fireworks: @lantisfireworks Cake: @freedsbakery Live Music: @strings_by_karly & @saxyfone BlackJack: @agrlasvegas Transportation: @earth_limos Dress: @bowtiesbridal Couple: @rayrrodriguez_ & @stephanie.newman by @sunrae.planning
A look inside the wedding planning process. Months of emails. Little decisions. Big decisions. Design meetings, floor plans, timelines, vendor calls, revisions, rentals, logistics, and a thousand details that eventually become one very seamless celebration. There is so much that happens before anyone walks into the room. We get to know what matters to you, build the concept, refine the details, bring the right people into the process, and keep moving everything forward until it all starts to feel real. Then comes the part we love most…:Seeing you standing in the middle of something we’ve spent months planning together and watching you have the time of your life. Hiring a wedding planner isn’t… • Giving up control. • Handing over your vision. • Spending money just to check a box. • Only for couples with unlimited budgets. • Someone who simply shows up on your wedding day. Hiring a wedding planner is… • Having someone who protects your time while you focus on your career, your family, and your engagement. • Making decisions with expert guidance instead of sorting through hundreds of Pinterest saves and conflicting opinions. • Turning your ideas into a cohesive, intentional design that feels like you. • Having someone who can confidently navigate family dynamics • Creating a guest experience that feels effortless from the moment invitations arrive to the final dance. • Walking into your wedding knowing every detail has already been anticipated. Now booking 2027-2028 weddings and we would love to help you plan the most incredible wedding celebration! Coordinator: @sunrae.planning Venue: @jwmarriottlvevents Photo: @kristenmarieweddings Video: @ryanfilms.weddings Floral: @cityblossomslv Rentals: @rsvppartyrentals Dance Floor Wrap: @DanceFloorWrapSolutions Cake: @rollingindoughbakerylv Hair/Makeup: @imo_momoartistry DJ: @djmoblvd Couple: @kiko_trey & @paupau_siopao by @sunrae.planning
Another wedding weekend for SunRae Planning, and we’re back at @dragonridgeevents for Mike & Kelly’s wedding day!! Enjoy these engagement photos for now and keep an eye on our story for BTS of their wedding! We’ve been planning and designing with these two for over a year, and today we finally got to watch them get MARRIED. 🤍 We have the coolest job in the whole world because we get to help couples celebrate their marriage with the best damn party of their lives. Mike & Kelly, congrats to you both. 🥂 Hair & Makeup: @makeupinthe702 Photo: @elizabethlephotos Planning & Design: @sunrae.planning by @sunrae.planning
A one-year anniversary feels like the perfect excuse to bring this one back. 🥹🔥 Kayla & Mike fell in love with Snow Canyon after seeing one of our previous weddings and decided they needed to bring their people ALL the way from Florida to Southern Utah for their destination wedding. The ceremony at Snow Canyon? WOW. The reception at quite possibly the best Airbnb in Southern Utah? WOW AGAIN. This is exactly why I love what I do. Not because the photos are pretty (although… LOOK AT THEM), but because sometimes we get to be part of something that feels incredibly personal and fun all at once. Kayla & Mike, I will literally never forget this day or the two of you. Happy one year to my friends. I miss you guys!! 🤍 Planning & design: @sunrae.planning Photo: @erinmarie.photos Video: @pano_vision Decor: @byancaseventdecor Tabletop: @modernvintagerentalslv Floral: @blossoms_of_blue Hair: @lundhairco Makeup: @beautybyluvi Catering: @alachellecatering Cake: @cbjandcompany Stationery & Signage: @studio.sanchez Couple: @kay_mcleod11 & @mcleodmi13 Bridal Attire: @bocaratonbridal Suit: @stateandliberty by @sunrae.planning
When your seating chart is this good, it deserves its own moment. 😍 Our vendor team absolutely crushed this one. What could have been a simple place to find your table became a ‘wow’ moment, a guest selfie spot, and another piece of the wedding design that felt completely intentional. The custom build, cohesive fonts, florals, colors, and all the little details made it feel like it belonged there. Not just something functional we needed to check off the list. This is exactly why we love working with a creative vendor team. Give us the vision, bring the right people to the table, and then let everyone do what they do best.
