What started as a passion project—planning small events for friends and family—has grown into something so much more.

With the constant encouragement I’ve received I’m excited to officially launch Sunrise Events & Co.

Bringing people together and creating memorable experiences is something I truly love, and now I get to share that creativity and attention to detail with all of you.

Hi, I’m Simi — founder/creative director of Sunrise Events & Co.

In my day to day life, I’m a registered nurse practicing in acute and aesthetic medicine. I’ve always had a deep appreciation for detail, organization, and care — both in my profession and in my personal life. My passion for planning memorable events for loved ones has grown into a business dedicated to creating beautiful, stress-free celebrations. I love collaborating closely with clients to bring their vision to life, focusing on the little things that make your day truly stand out.

Book a complimentary consultation with me via email or direct message, I’d love to chat about how we can bring your vision to life!

Sometimes wedding coordination is about more than timelines & vendors 🤍

It’s wiping your dress from stains, holding the bouquet, fixing the outfit & being there for all the little things in between.

One of my favourite things about wedding coordination has to be being surrounded by so much love and the absolute best couples. 🤍

There are some weddings where you almost forget you’re there working because the couple and their families make you feel like you’re a part of their special day too.

So grateful to be trusted with such an important day and even more grateful for the amazing people I get to meet along the way.

This is why I love what I do.

All in the details at Sunrise Events & Co.🖤🧛‍♀️

A Dracula-themed dinner party, cloaked in gothic elegance, eerie candlelight, and just the right touch of theatrical darkness.

It started with the desire to celebrate an October birthday, not with typical ghosts and witches, but with something that still honored my love of hosting, storytelling, and rich, immersive experiences.

A Dracula-themed dinner party 🕯️

My vision to bring Halloween and an October birthday celebration together that honored my love of hosting, storytelling, and rich, immersive experiences.

My vision that I brought to @kismetdecorbynim for this theme was gothic elegance, eerie candlelight, and just the right touch of theatrical darkness. We collaborated on the creative direction with velvet textures, tangled cobwebs, many candles, and red florals and it turned out exactly how we imagined. ❤️✨ by @sunriseeventsco

I’ve been conjuring something wickedly beautiful for an October birthday — my own. A Dracula-themed dinner party, cloaked in gothic elegance, eerie candlelight, and just the right touch of theatrical darkness. 🕯️

It started with the desire to celebrate Halloween my way — not with typical ghosts and witches, but with something that still honored my love of hosting, storytelling, and rich, immersive experiences.

The creative direction unfolded naturally: velvet textures, tangled cobwebs, blood-red florals, and shadows that dance across the walls… a dinner party designed to feel like stepping into a gothic novel.

Photos coming soon. 📸 by @sunriseeventsco
