I don’t like strength training. But I’ve seen what weakness looks like up close. I work as a carer, and I’ve watched people lose their independence. Some spend decades in a chair. I have so much empathy for them, and it’s hard to watch. A 2022 study linked strength training to a lower risk of early death. And during perimenopause, muscle and bone loss speeds up. Lifting helps slow that down. That’s why I lift. Not because I love it, but because I want my later years to be mine. #yogalife #strengthtrainingforwomen #wellnessjourney by @sunrize_yogi

My costume was Darth Vader. The masculine (anti-hero, warrior, darkness) energy in my petite body felt very natural. I love my inner man, a personality I can really rely on when things need to be done.
An event created by @alex_wikiera and @femme.in.motion. Alex has created a space where we can feel free, play, laugh, express ourselves, dance and have fun. It’s very tricky to take a normal picture of me, as I don’t pose and have a lot of emotion on my face. @nataljaphotography, thank you for the amazing pictures and the event that we all love and keep returning! #dance #Halloween by @sunrize_yogi

So great to have my sister!
I've come to Madrid for Olya’s birthday. Shakira-ready mode 💃. Sister by my side ❤️‍🔥

Retiro is beautiful at any time of the year.

Shakira concert. Three sociopaths 🤣 came out of the shell 🐌 to socialise and have a fun night.

Best time ever with friends.

All over American Instagram, people are going crazy about Winter Arc. I've decided to take on my first Winter Arc. It's the darkest time of the year, when everything positive takes effort. It's a time when I need to do a lot to get back to my natural dopamine levels. I'm getting ahead of it to stop being miserable during winter. I'm really curious about the outcome. #winterarc2026

When the world is in chaos, we need to keep the vibes high! Shakira’s concert for Olya’s birthday was a way to feel joy, happiness, and embrace the world of Latina/Spain that has become our second home. It was a beautiful festival of music, art, and dance. We had the best time ever! Shakira gives such a strong female vibe. Her tour is called Women Don't Cry. She showcased a woman who can be ANYTHING ONLY FOR HERSELF! She played drums, 🎸, and danced like a goddess and sang her best songs. Loved it. I've got inspired and enjoyed Latin music.
P.S. Sis, have a great year; keep the vibe high, I'll plan something crazy next. 🤣🤣✨⚡⚡🎂 Love you 💕💕💕💕🎂🎂 by @sunrize_yogi

Iconic Seven Sisters , Sussex 🇬🇧. This place illuminated with light. We were lucky to get inside of the old cottages. It looks like it's going to be closed and renovated soon as it needs reinforcement jobs. Such a pretty place. It feels like time stopped here.

I couldn’t make it to the coffee place or lighthouse.

Old cottage interiors with breathtaking views

Ivy Saltmarsh, lovely B&B. Stop for coffee ☕️.

We’ve met a local artist, born locally. I’ve made a friendship. I love talking to people. He’s said that the toilets over 5th sister which I didn’t like 🤣. I'm a beginner hiker. I like nice views, I don't like too much walking. by @sunrize_yogi
