Meet Preston Thompson. He had 0 experience in Solar or D2D prior to 19 months ago. Since that time he has cleared over 7 figures as a self gen-rep. He is already one of the greats at Sunrun and one of the best in the entire Solar industry.

The secret: a relentless drive to learn and improve from the very best minds, a work ethic that is unmatched (50-60 hour weeks most of the year), and a desire to be the best.

Lots of reps in the space are spinning their wheels without a path to follow. There are plenty of recruiters,
Not many leaders. Here at XII we’ve laid out the path. You just have to put in the work. Preston is someone that will lead you. Come learn from what he’s doing, he’s personally going to mentor a few reps this quarter to get them to the next level of making 6 figure months.. Shoot us a DM if you want to know more. by @sunrunxii
