After two years of dreaming, planning, and hard work, Our Magic came to life more beautifully than we ever could have anticipated.

Through film, fashion, dance, poetry, visual art, and DJing, we witnessed the boundlessness of Black imagination. We laughed, danced, lit sparklers, shared good food and drinks, and filled the night with so much joy. Everyone looked incredible and showed up fully in their personal style. It was a beautiful night from beginning to end, and we’re so grateful we got to share it with you.

Thank you to every artist, collaborator, vendor, supporter, and helping hand who worked so hard to bring this vision to life. We couldn’t be prouder of what we created together.

This is only the beginning. Let Our Magic be a reminder that Afrofuturism is alive, here & now. May we continue spreading Black joy, honoring our creativity, and creating the futures we deserve to experience. 🫶🏾✨

Hey Columbus 👋🏾💛

Our Magic is coming to Sunset Park this Saturday, July 11, and I would love to celebrate this moment with you before I leave the city. This community-built experience has come to life through so many people saying “yes,” and if cost is a barrier, or you’d like to barter, volunteer, or sponsor a ticket for someone else, send me a message.

Tickets are in the link in my bio!

I hope to see you there 🥰💖 taken in Columbus, Ohio by @sunsetparkfranklinton
