2026 marks ten years since Maddy Boyd lost her brother, Sawyer, to suicide.

As she trained for this year’s Detroit Free Press Marathon, Maddy saw an opportunity to remember her brother and support the organization that carries his story.

Alongside fiancé Bryce Meyer and friend Elena Lancioni, they’ve raised more than $10,000 in Sawyer’s memory to support the Sunset Project and its mission.

Thank you to our exceptional community of donors and their continued support of our work! To learn more, visit the link in our bio.
