🏖️🏝️玉荷包荔枝蜜是採自春季玉荷包荔枝花期的珍貴天然蜂蜜，以台灣南部（如高雄大樹）產區最著名。其口感清甜滑順，帶有淡雅的花香與微微果酸，呈現淺琥珀色，風味細緻清新。

比起濃甜驚豔的 #海島龍眼花蜜和帶有特殊香氣的 #厚皮香荔枝春蜜，玉荷包荔枝蜜香氣較輕柔，帶有獨特的果香調性，被國人譽為「貴妃蜜」。

🧧初一大吉 🍊

開春第一日，用吉利的柳橙、橘子來做道少油版，清爽開胃的🍊🐝蜂蜜橙汁排骨🍊🐝

［材料與作法］
豬梅花排骨 600g、冰糖 2湯匙
醬油 2湯匙
米酒 1湯匙
柳橙汁 300ml
檸檬汁 1湯匙
太白粉水 2湯匙(1湯匙太白粉+2湯匙水)

1.排骨以冷水下鍋汆燙，中火煮至沸騰後，撈起洗淨備用。

2.中火熱鍋，倒入1湯匙的食用油，再倒入冰糖，期間不需攪拌。待冰糖邊緣呈金黃色澤時，立即轉小火拌勻。

3.立即放入汆燙後的排骨拌勻，再放入醬油及米酒拌勻。

4.倒入柳橙汁及檸檬汁拌勻，以中火煮至沸騰後，轉小火悶煮10分鐘。打開鍋蓋，倒入太白粉水拌勻至醬汁濃稠即可。

5. 在起鍋前依喜好刷上ㄧ層 #海島蜂蜜，使橙汁排骨風味更有層次～
