One illustration, five different lives. 🐈🌿

I originally created this cat + snake plant illustration for my Cats & Houseplants 2027 calendar, but this week’s Snake Plant prompt by @thetuesdaycollective made me look at it differently.

What else could this one illustration become? A greeting card, stationery, art print… maybe something I haven’t thought of yet.

I’m learning to look at each illustration beyond its first purpose — because maybe an illustration can have more than one life.

Exploring illustration licensing, stationery and greeting cards with this one. ✨

Which version would you pick?

Snake plants are one of my favourites — low-maintenance, forgiving, and happy to quietly sit in a corner and do their thing. 🌿

This cat + snake plant is one of my favourite illustrations from my Cats & Houseplants 2027 Calendar, a collection of 13 cozy cat-and-plant illustrations for the year.

This is my submission for this week’s @thetuesdaycollective prompt: Snake Plant 🌱

I am enjoying making portraits and it’s more fun when I do it with my son. He brings so much joy into the process.

These are inspired by this week’s theme: DIANA RIKASARI by @thetuesdaycollective

Not every win looks like a sale. 🥹

My first card for @minted took me way too long. A few months later, I can take an idea from sketch to finished card in under 1 hour.

Still learning, still making, still moving forward. ❤️
