Changing my perspective on life was the best decision I ever made for myself. Do yourself a favor and remember that some things in life you cannot control...so just roll with it and do the best you know you can. Have a SUNSHINE PERSPECTIVE 😉

When you first start your fitness journey, it's easy to get caught up in what you want to lose. None of that matters.

Focus on completing a particular number of workouts each week or competing in a race instead of obsessing about weight loss or fat loss. See how many push-ups you can complete or how many days you can exercise in a row. These are measurable, attainable goals that provide you with more of the immediate gratification that the scale does not.

Your weight isn't the only indicator of your accomplishments. Ditch the scale and you might be surprised at how far you've come.

Patience is something that is realllllyyy hard to master. Understanding that everything will work out the way it needs to...regardless of if it is the way YOU feel like it should. What is something that you are working on being more patient with?
