I have a lot to say, as I collect my thoughts over everything …. soon enough I’ll share that but for now… I love you Denver. I love the memories I’ve made that will last a lifetime. I love the adventures I’ve embarked on. I love everything that this place has shown me and taught me along the way, and helped frame me into the man I am and continue to work on and be every day. I love the ups, and the downs. I love the opportunities I have been given. I love the music. I love the mountains. I love this life.

…. truly, thank you to everyone who has been apart of my journey here, most importantly I LOVE YOU!

it’s not goodbye, it’s see you later… I still have a couple months left here before I leave, in that time let’s continue to keep making memories! let’s keep the energy high and the smiles wide! let’s keep the laughs flowing and the good vibes coming! 2026 has been one of my favorite years yet in my 30 year, let’s end it on a high note 🤍

Yahn Dawn — getting swirled through rainbows, waterfalls & lemon meringue bridges 🌈

I know I’m a little late to recap this one, but this was my first time seeing @prettylights and it did NOT disappoint. It was a bucket list item that finally got to happen 10-some years later down the road but we made it. It was refreshing to hear my pretty lights mega fans around me say that that night was one of the best sets they’ve ever played and that was my introduction to them live… An hour before we went in I saw one of the most beautiful double rainbows i’ve ever seen set the tone for the night, and from that moment I knew it was going to be an epic night. Such a great day with good friends and the best vibes 🤍

WAKAA’N OFF Part 1 of 2 one last time on the Mountain⛰️

Mulberry Mountain truly holds a special aura and energy that exudes from within the grass and the dirt. Everytime that I visit there’s always some spiritual journey or release of some pent of emotions that by the time I leave I feel SO MUCH lighter. This is our lil family reunion that i’ve been doing for the last three years in a row, where we can all be together and be as weird as we want to be without judgement. Truly turning off the outside and being as off the grid as possible.

Love you all so much — and if this is the last time for me truly, than each and every one of you made it a memorable one 🤍

Day 100.

Story Time —

This journey started within myself the weekend after we celebrated Bianca’s birthday. We had a guided breath work session hosted by the legend @where.is.mcnasty . We opened the session with an introductory of who we are, what we’re going through, & how life was going. It was in this moment I became very vulnerable with those I hold close and had expressed my depression, thoughts of suicide, alcohol & drug abuse, the continued suffering of grief and how alone I truly felt, even though I was portraying this bright light amongst everyone else looking on the outside in.

This moment had me really look inward at myself where I realized there was changes that needed to be made. This beginning with my alcohol and cocaine use. I knew it had been something I needed to be better with, but continued to abuse anyways. This caused interactions with people to be forgotten, music events I had paid so much money to attend to be forgotten, priorities within work to be blown off by calling out frequently, depression to pile up and numbing the grief of my mother by utilizing these substances to not navigate it the way it should be, in a healthy way. It got to a point where I was more excited about knowing how fucked up I would be getting at the event than the actual event or seeing my friends, and knowing that my friends would be there who had cocaine I could just bum off of them because they would allow it as they always did.

I was not happy with myself…. I often wanted to die…. I would think how much easier life would be if I didn’t have to exist in it anymore….

So on May 3rd, 2026 that change would start to take place.

…. So I knew something had to be done.

Day 1.

Starting to realize what I needed to do for me and for my mental health to navigate a more healthy balanced lifestyle, work/life balance, & my friends and family. I was skinny / lacked muscle mass / body was riddled with cocaine and weak.

The Coloradan Right of Passage 😤

4 course meal served up on a silver platter of beautiful weather, & new heights reached with the lads ⛰️

it’s always worth starting the hike at 4am to catch the cotton candy skies 🌌

this makes 7 14’ers conquered in a month and a half’s time….. there’s something about manually breathing, while soaking in the best views you can see that is just …. unmatched.

maybe i’ll sneak one more in before the seasons done 👀🤷
