Maybe your “prime” isn’t something you’re supposed to get back to.

I used to look at old photos of myself and think, damn… I need to get back to that version of me.

But why?

I’m 26. I’m more experienced. More focused. I know myself better. I’ve failed more, learned more, worked more, and lived more.

So why would the goal be to go backwards?

I don’t want the old me back.

I want his hunger.
I want his discipline.
I want his body.

But I want it with the mind and experience I have now.

And that applies to more than my physique.

Acting. Modeling. Building MyHooper. My career. My life.

Somewhere along the way, I lost parts of myself that I was proud of. Now I’m building them back—but this time, I’m taking everything I’ve learned with me.

I refuse to believe my best version already existed.

My prime isn’t behind me. I’m building it right now.

And if you feel like you’ve lost yourself too, maybe you don’t need to go backwards either.

Build the next version.
