hi ✨ i’m hailey, the artist behind super cool ceramics.

i’m a designer by day and a lifelong maker at heart. people always ask “when did you start doing ceramics?”, so here is my full timeline.

✨1998, the first time i made something with clay at buckman elementary.

✨2016, afterwork happy hours @carterandrosepdx to de-stress.

✨2023, took a beginning wheel class @morningceramics.

✨2024, became a studio member and participated in my first ceramics market.

✨2026, started selling consistently and super cool ceramics was born.

what started as a goal to make a set of bowls and dishes for my home led me to explore the flexibility of handbuilding, where I found the most joy. every piece I make is rooted in function and designed to bring a little happiness to your everyday routines.

my work has evolved even more over the last 7 months of selling at markets and shops around portland. the community of hardworking creatives i’ve met along the way have been so incredibly lovely. thank you for welcoming me into your space ✨

for those of you who have been here for the entire ride, you are truly a friend and i thank you from the bottom of my heart. for those of you who are newer to my page, i’m so glad you’re here and thank you for following.

a special thank you to those you have helped shape my work to what it is today

elevated ✨ catch pots

watch til the end to see all four designs available.

these pieces were designed to fit a 4” and 6” nursery-potted plant to make it easier for everyone to be a plant person. all plants need proper drainage in order to thrive in wet and dry soil. keeping your plant in a nursery pot makes this balance easily attainable.
