Herbed @maldonsalt for the win! I've used it in plain couscous, caked it onto a roast chicken, sprinked it on my caprese and bruschetta, and everything inbetween. Includes oregano, chives, scallions, thyme, garlic, sage, and rosemary. Recipe by master Hamptons private chef, @robyns_kitchen. by @superfinebakery

WOW YOU GUYS. I just blew my own mind. Fig and goat cheese pissaladiére for lunch. Puff pastry, herbed goat cheese, caramelized onions, figs, baked at 400* for ~20 mins. Serve with bright green chopped pistachios and a drizzle of honey -- I couldn't wait for that and have already tucked in..

The rumors are true. I fell in love with a copper beating bowl. I use it for everything and any little scratches or nicks make it even better. Thank you @sertodo_copper out of Austin, TX for all you do. taken in Los Angeles, California by @superfinebakery
