Just completed: a comprehensive refurbishment of a 1920s terraced house. With a new heating system, renewed roof structure, full building services upgrade, internal insulation, and a contemporary redesign, the project brings the building to modern technical and aesthetic standards.

We have redesigner this two-room apartment in a „1970s West Berlin building“ without interior doors, as per the client’s request.
The floor plan shows how we adjusted the layout to create open yet discreet areas for sleeping, working, living, and cooking.
