Not every stunning kitchen requires custom cabinetry.When our homeowners decided to update their kitchen, they wanted to make thoughtful improvements they could enjoy now while also adding value for a future sale. Their goal was to create a timeless kitchen without investing in features that wouldn’t necessarily deliver a strong return.For this project, we selected our carefully chosen stock cabinetry collection that allowed us to achieve the look they wanted while making wise use of their investment. While stock cabinetry doesn’t offer the extensive selection of door styles, finishes, and specialty features available with custom cabinetry, today’s quality and craftsmanship make it an excellent choice for many remodeling projects.Paired with beautiful countertops, updated hardware, fresh flooring, and a timeless color palette, the result is a kitchen that feels bright, current, and inviting.One of the most important parts of our job is helping clients understand where to invest and where they can confidently save. Custom cabinetry is an incredible option when it’s the right fit, but it isn’t the right solution for every project. Sometimes the best kitchen transformation isn’t about adding space…it’s about using the space you have more wisely. ✨Swipe to see the before!One of the biggest changes we made was relocating the refrigerator to the opposite wall. That single design decision opened up the entire back wall, creating generous countertop space on both sides of the range—something every cook appreciates.With a completely reimagined layout and beautiful @fabuwood cabinetry, we gave these first-time homebuyers the storage, functionality, and timeless style they were dreaming of. Every cabinet was thoughtfully planned to maximize efficiency while creating a kitchen that feels brighter, more spacious, and built for everyday living.As kitchen and bath designers, continuing education is a priority for us. When people think of Superior Construction & Design, they often think of beautiful homes—but we love creating commercial spaces just as much.For this pediatric dental office, the entire design began with the custom wallpaper mural. It became the springboard for every design decision that followed. Our goal was to create a space that felt playful enough for little ones while remaining sophisticated enough that older children and teens would feel comfortable too.To bring the design to life, we incorporated @crystorama lighting, proving that residential-inspired lighting can add warmth, character, and style to commercial spaces just as beautifully. We also designed custom @fabuwood cabinetry to provide durable, functional storage while maintaining the polished look the practice envisioned.The result is a space that’s welcoming, timeless, and designed to put patients of every age at ease.Commercial spaces don’t have to feel institutional. It’s not all glamorous, y’all! Most days involve sweat, dust, and a little controlled chaos 💪Today, we received a cabinet delivery for the main floor of this home, including the kitchen, office, and mudroom. Everything is staged in one room so nothing gets misplaced and every piece is accounted for - so many boxes, parts, and pieces!We can’t wait to get this beautiful, semi-custom @fabuwood cabinetry installed.
