This @first5california spot was a humbling experience. Not only is @carladauden an Emmy nominated director, the rest of the crew regularly worked on some of the biggest TV shows you all love. Again I was blessed with the opportunity to work with great talent.

This was back-to-back project casting with @rescueagency for two separate spots just weeks in between. Thank you @thereelemily for always keeping me in mind 🙏🏽

It’s only fitting that the @steelers season opener is against the @atlantafalcons , the two teams I represented in 2 @nfl national commercials.

Slow day at the park today. 15 min wait lines, Halloween decorations are up and the evenings are cooling down. I can dig it.

Private screening for a sag film I had the pleasure of working on. @mindaharts did a phenomenal job directing, producing, and writing this film. Again, seeing myself on the big screen will never get old.

My take-aways:
1. I need to stop sitting behind tall people.
2. Keep my Q&A answers short.
3. Learn how to act right before the film starts.

Cap’d it off with a trip to Little Tokyo.
Special thank you to @zspiegelcasts and my reps @thelibraryagency for putting me in front of the right people.

5-6x days /week. Progressive overload. Protein, amino acids, and plenty of rest. The universe rewards the grind, not the dream. Down 150lbs since my journey started. Still going.

A little over a year ago we filmed this little project @manilasunsetfilm I never stopped thinking about it. It was such a great set to work on. Last night’s premiere was a fantastic event that brought the cast and crew back together again as it enters the festival circuit soon. Seeing @growingtobekiani @duran_ross @brandanmccalla @nolanmcwhorter vision come together on a big screen was validating. Loved every second of it.

This project hit a little close to home. I’m happy that there are mental health resources like this available to people who need them.

With that being said, @courtneynmarsh directed this spot beautifully. She checked every box because I can watch this without sound and feel the vibe. 🤌🏽

Also, casting doesn’t get enough credit. Everything you see on TV and Film, someone had to cast that. So a special thank you to @thereelemily and @rescueagency for the opportunity 🙏🏽 Mahalos

Now that my @nike spot has run it’s course on the Nike Circa Board in DTLA, I just wanted to thank @nikela for the opportunity to share my sneaker collection and weight loss journey with the world. This was an absolute dream come true for me being a sneaker head and fan.

A special thank you to @bradley_martin @allison0lson @sirlennox

You can still check out my feature on the Nike App and website.

I’m grateful for every opportunity to audition. Elated for every project I’m cast on from lead to day player roles, national commercials, web series, and everything in between. Working and collaborating with talented artists is what I live for. Bringing a character to life and sharing it to however big or small the audience is. You know, doing what you love. Next project coming to streaming platforms soon!
