13 weeks! 5 days left in the challenge. Progress is pretty much at a halt. I’m 5 lbs above the lowest I can be for the challenge and that’s about as low as I want to go. Don’t want to risk having to put weight back on.

Here’s some things that have helped me on the cut this time!

First and foremost, tracking my food.
Walking at work instead of sitting.
Finding delicious low calorie recipes to satisfy cravings
Having the occasional refeed (even with some drinks)
Sugar free sodas… thank you
Maintaining my strength training routine
Staying active outside of work and exercise
Having an active hobby like BJJ.

Check out the new berserk drop from @aniqi.studios . They COOKED with this. I copped the sweat set, the cut off and the cotton shorts and I’m in love with them all. I’m a huge berserk fan so this was a must cop. If you’re a berserk fan don’t miss out! Check out @aniqi.studios and use code marty for 10% off.
