My youngest is now officially an adult.. how long i watched and waited and wondered about the adult you would become - well here we are now, and we could not be more proud!

Arv, You live your life on your terms but with a humble discipline that is inspiring.. after all the ups and downs, the curve balls, the challenges, you come through. You find your space and your place and you draw us all in.

I want to thank you for keeping it together, for staying motivated, for pushing through and for shining your light for us all.

Happy 18th Birthday Arvaan, adulthood suits you - along with your wit, your affection, your humour, all intact!

God Bless, love you the most. 💙🧿💙🧿 @arvaanmotwane by @supernamotwane

Dearest Bhaiya,
there’s so much i want to say … you called me a principal for a reason! 🙈😂 for all my advice and lectures to you.. but now i just want to say this: i love you and bhaiya i know you love me too. I feel it in our memories, in all our children who are all reflections of us and of each other. In their love and support of each other, just like how we have loved and supported each other. I don’t know what changed in the end, your life took a different turn, but i know you loved us still. I want you to know that i know. That we know.
We are here for your children, for mum, for the family. We are here for you.
Miss you Bhaiya, hope you and Dad are together and watching over us all.
God Bless, my ‘bhaiya ka boy’ - i knew and loved you the longest.

The other day you asked me if I feel emotional that you work in media.. I said to you that you have no idea how much. I meant it.. you have no idea how in awe of you I am. I am in awe of the fact that at age 21 you are already making strides I used to only dream of at that age. Your life is my biggest surprise! The way you meticulously go after your goals, counting your blessings and weaving your dreams.. yes Liu, as your mother, this is an amazing moment for me..
God Bless you on this milestone birthday my darling Aléa. Enjoy the journey, the highs and the lows. it’s a blessing to watch you navigate the real world the way you are. Thank you for holding your values strong, and most of all for respecting hard work the way you do.
My proudest achievement is to be your mum. Thank you for that. Love you Liu. 🩷🧿🩷🧿🩷🧿 Happy 21st Birthday my baby @aleamotwane by @supernamotwane

When you were 5 or 6-years-old you told me that you chose us as ur parents because you thought we would take you to all these places you wanted to visit 😂 But today as you turn 17-years-old, it’s clear that it’s you who has taken us on our most exciting journeys yet..

God bless you my Baba, in this adventure of yours.. i know it’s filled with thrilling highs and challenging lows, but through it all, we’ve got your back. Just keep going and chasing your dreams, you got this, and remember to keep that humour going, and your love for us all.
