Excited to finally share our new music video for “Into The Stars”!

This is the second single from our upcoming album “Backslider”, produced by @kphawthorn @fittingroomstudio and coming this winter on @mulekick_productions !

@glidemag described @noconamusic as a band that has “never treated Americana as a fixed destination,” instead blurring the boundaries between country, punk, garage rock, psychedelia, and roots music into a sound where twang collides with fuzz-drenched guitars and honky-tonk hooks meet punk-rock urgency.

“Marrying a jangly ’60s rock sound with indie folk and a touch of country-inflected psych, “Into The Stars” meanders through sonic canyons with its own gallop.”

“A lot of this song came from nights when I was completely exhausted but couldn’t get my mind to shut off. I had been listening to a lot of Chopin’s nocturnes while trying to fall asleep on the road, and one night the melody and chords came to me. I recorded it as a voice note because it wouldn’t leave me alone, and for the next few weeks it kept resurfacing every time I tried to sleep.” — @supernaturalskeleton

Directed by Adrienne Isom
Featuring Georgia Isom (dance & choreography)

Special thanks to Matt Detisch, Natalie Garcia-Mayor, @georgia._isom , and @myramaislinmann for capturing the live footage from one of our favorite nights at the @grandoleecho .

ON FIRE!!! We are so stoked to have one of our favorite bands playing Twang City Sat night in Long Beach - NOCONA 🔥🔥🔥- They always bring the heat. They are about to release a smokin’ new album on @mulekick_productions and have had the first single added to Sirius XM Outlaw Country! Chris & Adrienne and gang bring a swaggering alt-country hybrid where twang collides with fuzz-drenched guitars and honky-tonk hooks meet punk-rock urgency. We know you don’t want to miss it!

PLUS! The swinging country of @westoftexasband and the rockin’ honky tonk of your hosts @john_surge and the Haymakers - how’s that for a night of country-infused music!

Tix still available in bio link. See you there!
